“Act as a data-driven self-reflection coach. Using our entire chat history and your saved memory, identify my top positive and negative behavior patterns.

For each pattern, include: 
(1) brief description, 
(2) likely trigger, 
(3) impact on my goals. 

Present the results in a table with columns: 

Pattern Name | Trigger | Positive Impact | Negative Impact.”
